If you are living in Sydney... you must know the Ocean Room! This is my favorite favorite restaurant in Sydney.Once you walk passed the Overseas Passenger Terminal in the rocks, you can see the beautiful modern restaurant in your right side..
There have a la carte menu and tasting menu. I normally go for the tasting menu - highly recommended!
Tasting menu is 11 courses all together - pretty small potions and all dishes taste/presentation just amazing.

Seriously.... I can't say anything - you just go and try!
You will taste real fine Japanese food :-)
Don't forget to try Sake when you are visiting there. They have all kind of Sake from Japan. Ask your friendly waiter if you are not sure what to drink or drink it Hot or Cold.
