DREAM HOUSE - Pizza @ Allison's

Harrington Park - have you been there? 

It's about 2hours away from Sydney - beautiful beautiful suburb.. 

I have to say... I AM IN LOVE with this area!!!!! 

So many beautiful houses, parks, lakes..... best place to live when you have a family:-) 

(Having said that, there is nothing around. You wouldn't like to move there when you are young and single lol) 

My colleague Allison invited me over to her GORGEOUS house. 

(seriously..... wow house!) 

ﾊﾘﾝﾄﾝﾊﾟｰｸという地域、行った事ありますか？

ｼﾄﾞﾆｰから車で２時間、すっごぉぉぉぉい素敵な郊外。

着いた瞬間から恋に落ちました♡♡

素敵過ぎる豪邸、公園に大きい池とかあって。。。家族がいれば絶対ここに住みたい！

（っと、言っても、本当に何も周りにないから、独身のうちは無理w）

今日は同僚のｱﾘｿﾝの自慢の豪邸にお呼ばれ♪

（本当に口がﾎﾟｶﾝって開いちゃうくらいの豪邸！）

Can you believe she actually has a stone pizza oven at her house? 

Today was a pizza party - we made own pizza, put into the stone oven and ate straight away! 

自宅にﾋﾟｻﾞ用の石釜があるって、信じられます？

今日はその釜で焼くﾋﾟｻﾞﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰ☆自分でﾄｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞしたﾋﾟｻﾞを釜で焼いて、ｱﾂｱﾂのできたてをいただきましたぁ〜o(*’▽’*)/☆ﾟ’

　I made half & half pizza! 

Margherita and Spicy Meat & Feta Cheese Pizza ヽ(≧∀≦)ﾉ 

It took only 5-10min in the stone oven until the cheese melt and colour changed to nice & golden. 

欲張りな私はやっぱりﾊｰﾌ&ﾊｰﾌ！

ﾏﾙｶﾞﾘｰﾀとｽﾊﾟｲｼｰﾐｰﾄとﾌｪﾀﾁｰｽﾞﾋﾟｻﾞ♪

たった5−10分でﾁｰｽﾞが溶けていい色になって出来上がり☆

Yum! Stone oven baked pizza straight out from the oven is always great, isn't it? 

石釜で焼いた出来立てﾋﾟｻﾞほど美味しい物はないぃぃぃ！！！！

I realised today that whatever I do now is called "Bye Bye ~"....

最近、気付いた事。。。何をしてもすべてが”ﾊﾞｲﾊﾞｲ~"だって事。

Today... we called it "Madoka's Not farewell, See you soon BBQ":-) 

またまたｱﾝﾅちゃんのお家でBBQやってもらいましたぁぁ♪

今回は。。”まどかお別れじゃないょ、また会おうねBBQ”（笑）

SMART AWARDS - LAST EVENT!

I am leaving my company in less than 3 weeks and going back to Japan for a while. 

I've been with this company for more than 6.5 years. It was a tough decision but ... time to move on. I learned a lot and met so many beautiful people through my work. 

実はあと３週間弱で仕事を辞めて、日本に帰国します。

いまの会社に勤めて6.5年ちょっと。とっても、とっても悩みました。。が、必要だった決断だと思ってます。この仕事に就いて、たくさん学び、すばらしい人達に出会う事ができました♪

My last event was the end of last month - Smart Conference and Expo 2013, was held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

I can write about how good my team was, how much I love my job, what the highlight of the event.... oops, ok....I won't. 

But let me write about my favorite party of the event - Awards Dinner! 

最後のｲﾍﾞﾝﾄは先月末、ｽﾏｰﾄｺﾝﾌｧﾚﾝｽ&ｴｸｽﾎﾟ2013、会場はｼﾄﾞﾆｰｺﾝｳﾞｪﾝｼｮﾝ&ｴｸｼﾋﾞｼｮﾝｾﾝﾀｰでした。どんだけ、私のﾁｰﾑがどんだけ頑張ったか、どんだけ今の仕事好きか、このｲﾍﾞﾝﾄのﾊｲﾗｲﾄはぁーとかいくらでも書ける（笑）けど、、、やめときます。

その代わり、一番あたしが大好きな時間『ｱﾜｰﾄﾞﾃﾞｨﾅｰ』だけは紹介させて下さい☆

Welcome drinks started from 6:30 - still very quiet... such a beautiful view! 

But in 30min..... like below. Packed!!!!! 

ｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸは６：３０から。まだｶﾞﾗｶﾞﾗ｡｡｡それにしても景色がﾔﾊﾞｲ!

からの３０分後。。。こんなに、人で埋まっちゃいました！！！

Total 500 people walked in, everybody seemed very relaxed. 

I had to look after registration desk, meet and greet. 

Once it's done.... it's party time!

500人ほどが会場入り、みなさんとってもﾘﾗｯｸｽしてる様子でした！

私達は受付、挨拶などなどを終え。。。ﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰﾀｲﾑ☆☆

That was seriously amazing!!! I don't know how he did it.... I couldn't take my eyes off from him!

ﾌﾟﾛﾓﾋﾞﾃﾞｵを流したんですけど、このﾋﾞﾃﾞｵ、めちゃくちゃ賢く作られてる。

おもしろいし、うまく言いたい事も組み入れてて、企業ﾋﾞﾃﾞｵにしてはすごい！と、思ったので、ここでも紹介します♪

Entree is served - Salmon rillettes with aromatic baby vegetables and tomato grissini

Main - Rosemary-infused confit lamb scotch fillet with chive mash, roasted root vegetables and merlot jus 

主菜：ﾗﾑﾋﾚ肉ﾛｰｽﾞﾏﾘｰ風味にﾆﾗのﾎﾟﾃﾄﾏｯｼｭ､ﾛｰｽﾄ土野菜赤ﾜｲﾝｿｰｽ

Dessert - Silky dark chocolate truffle macchiato with raspberry compote and Peach and mango syllabub 

ﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄ：なめらかﾀﾞｰｸﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄﾑｰｽと桃とﾏﾝｺﾞｰのｼﾗﾊﾞﾌﾞ

Another big dinner..... so full...  

Oh, wait! We can't forget our MC, Ben Price! 

You might already know about him - he appears few TV shows:-) 

OMG people, he is HILARIOUS and a lovely person. 

He totally helped me to relax on stage ( I was doing a trophy girl lol)

最後に忘れちゃいけないのが、この夜のMCのﾍﾞﾝ ﾌﾟﾗｲｽさん！

この人、まじでおもしろい！！！そして、とってもいい人☆

ｽﾃｰｼﾞ上の緊張ほぐしてくれましたぁー（ﾄﾛﾌｨｰｶﾞｰﾙで端っこに立ってただけw）

Ummmmm.... it's sad but I think I am ready for another challenge now!
