COCO MADEMOISELLE

It's been to long to wear this perfume. 

I think I was 18 when I wore Ccoco Mademoiselle first time. 

( I bought it because it was just launched and of course it was Chanel... )

I was probably too young to wear them at that time though. 

It's funny to think back, I waned to be an adult woman so badly and tried so hard. 

But I guess I didn't need to rush so much because time fries, while you don't realise you are already (well, supposed to be) old enough to be called an woman. 

11 years later, I am back with this smell again - feel more comfortable to wear. 

I like this sweet but really elegant smell.

Perfect perfume for winter, I am ready for you winter:-) 

And I will come back to you Daisy for summer ... I still love you. 

香水を久々に換えてみました。この１年間はずっとﾏｰｸのﾃﾞｲｼﾞｰ使ってたんですけど、今回なぜかまたｼｬﾈﾙのｺｺﾏﾄﾞﾓﾜｾﾞﾙに引かれて、今年の冬はこれで行こうと思います☆

実はﾏﾄﾞﾓﾜｾﾞﾙが発売された２００１年、使ってたんです。

あの当時はすべて、ｼｬﾈﾙでそろえてて（笑）似合いもしない香水つけてがんばってたような。。。

１１年後、ようやくこの香りが似合うって自信が☆もーあたしもｱﾗｻｰか。。。

Yes Yes Yes! 

Finally I went to the Orto Trading Co.! I always wanted to go there for the famous(?) waffles (sunny Sunday morning would be great) but dinner this time. Well, it's still very exciting:-)

I just LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE the warmy atmosphere. 

Apparently "Orto" means “Vegetable Garden” in Italian. We sat airy courtyard in the collection of potted herbs and plants. Just so cute... 

  

We ordered few plates to share and a bottle wine to start. 

Everything came on wooden board, very Jenny Oliver:p 

I'm pretty sure all vegetables are organic - very simple dishes but very tasty!  

Don't forget to try the sourdough bread - really good! 

It was enough food for 3 girls (we ordered 4 plates and bread each) so decided to move on a cheese plate and another bottle wine.  

HOW CUTE this cheese plate is!!!! Real honeycomb and Warm figs and walnuts + red wine. 

Perfect winter night out....

ｻﾘｰﾋﾙｽﾞにある、ｵｰﾄﾄﾚｰﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞに行ってきましたょーー☆☆友達がこのﾜｯﾌﾙの写真をFBに載せて以来、ずーーーーーっと行ってみたかったんです！

ｻﾘｰﾋﾙｽﾞって言っても、どっちかって言うとｾﾝﾄﾗﾙの駅近いです。めちゃくちゃかわいいﾚｽﾄﾗﾝで、店内はｵｰﾌﾟﾝｷｯﾁﾝに、ﾚﾝｶﾞで出来た壁に白のﾃｰﾌﾞﾙ&ｲｽ｡外にはﾊｰﾌﾞとかの植物のﾌﾟﾗﾝﾄがいっぱい置いてあって、めちゃくちゃかわいいんです♡

本当は朝ごはんを食べに来たかったけど、今日は夕飯です。女の子３人で白ﾎﾞﾄﾙと４つのｱﾝﾄﾚ､ｻｲﾄﾞのﾌﾟﾚｰﾄをｼｪｱして様子見つつﾒｲﾝに行こうって言ってたのに、けっこうすべてが量があり、ﾌﾟﾚｾﾞﾝﾃｰｼｮﾝかわいすぎ（ｼﾞｪｲﾐｰｵﾘﾊﾞｰ風）結局、赤ﾜｲﾝに移り、ﾁｰｽﾞﾌﾟﾚｰﾄを頼むことにしました☆

初めて、ﾊﾁﾐﾂの巣食べた気がする。。ﾁｰｽﾞもめっちゃおいしいし、温かいｸﾙﾐとｲﾁｼﾞｸと赤ﾜｲﾝってゆう組み合わせ、冬ってかんじだね。。。なんか好き♡

JAPANESE COOKING CLASS

I am a Japanese so I can cook Japanese? 

Umm.... maybe....NOT. 

So I decided to take a Japanese Cooking Class in Bondi Beach. 

My cooking teacher, Kimie san, is one of my friend who used to work in a Kaiseki Restaurant in Tokyo. 

She teaches small classes at her apartment in Bondi Beach.

Here is the list of things I made....
1:Tatsuta-age, deep fried chicken Japanese autumn version
2: Grape, cucumber and prawn with Nashi pear vinegar sauce
3: Cooked rice with shiitake mushrooms

Did you know it's so easy to make deep fried chicken?
So delicate ... nice and soft:-) WINNER!

Very unusual combination, believe or not... it works really well! 

I loved the Nashi Pear Vinegar Sause. SO FRESH!!!! 

AHHHHH.... This is my first time I cooked rice with not only rice:P

Maybe I add some chicken and more veges next time and try my mum's receipt...

I LOVE THEM! 

YAP.....I WILL LEARN HOW TO COOK THIS YEAR! YES, I WILL DO IT!!!!!

今月からついに始めました、お料理教室☆☆海外で日本料理です、あえて。

いや、日本人なのに日本料理作れないと。。。ね、ってことで、お友達のきみえｻﾝがやってるﾎﾞﾝﾀﾞｲﾋﾞｰﾁの小さなお料理教室に行ってきました。

先生のﾌﾞﾛｸﾞはこちらから。。

今回作ったものは、鶏の竜田揚げ、葡萄とキュウリとエビの梨ソース和えと椎茸の炊き込みご飯でした。先生実は、日本では懐石料理屋の料理人でした！！！

ので、お味がすべて繊細で優しく。。。。うますぎた！！！

ﾚｼﾋﾟもらったから、また作ってみないと。。。

今年はお料理がんばってみようかな。。。

と、思って、家に帰って、餃子作ってみました。（ﾅｾﾞ?!)

一人暮らしの料理って難しいんですけど。。。

この餃子達、すべて冷蔵庫で眠っておりますょ。確実に作り過ぎた。。。。

もうすでに、何枚もﾚｵﾊﾟｰﾄﾞ今年の秋買ってるにもかかわらず、買ってしまいました、

履き心地抜群、手障り最高、ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝかっこいいの完璧ﾌﾞｰﾃｨｰ！

このﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾅｰさんはｳﾞｨﾝｽ ｶﾑﾄって言って、ﾅｲﾝｳｴｽﾄの共同経営者の方でした！何個か違うﾌﾞｰﾂはいてみたけど、全部めっちゃ足にあって、ﾋｰﾙ高いわりには歩きやすい♪

って、そんなことで浮かれてる中、また、こんな似たような色と柄のﾜﾝﾋﾟ買っちゃったっていう。。。こんな柄物ばっか買ってどーすんだっていう。。。

It's getting cold in Sydney... 

I'm not a big fun of winter... but I must say I love Autumn/Winter Fashion!

The OCEAN ROOM!

If you are living in Sydney... you must know the Ocean Room! This is my favorite favorite restaurant in Sydney.

Once you walk passed the Overseas Passenger Terminal in the rocks, you can see the beautiful modern restaurant in your right side..

There have a la carte menu and tasting menu. I normally go for the tasting menu - highly recommended!

Tasting menu is 11 courses all together - pretty small potions and all dishes taste/presentation just amazing.

Here are some dishes we had other night..

Seriously.... I can't say anything - you just go and try! 

You will taste real fine Japanese food :-)

Don't forget to try Sake when you are visiting there. They have all kind of Sake from Japan. Ask your friendly waiter if you are not sure what to drink or drink it Hot or Cold. 

I am 100% sure you will like this place :-)
