SUGAR FREE SEPTEMBER

yes, I am doing "Sugar Free September" challenge.
(Thanks to my gorgeous friend from work:-))

It may sound pretty tough, but the challenge is DO NOT EAT any food containing REFINED SUGAR for 30 days. 

Yes, you only need to avoid refined sugar. It's really not that hard, its all about substitutes and swapping for something different. You don't have to go without sweet things. 

You can take Raw Honey,  Fruits, Dates, Mayle Syrup or Coconuts Sugar instead of refined sugar.

Why should you get involved?  Because....

• To clean up your diet
• Improve your health
• Cravings will be beaten in Force in a supportive environment
• To drop a few kilo's and get that that brilliant body for summer... Its coming in full heat! 
• To pump up your energy levels and feel fabulous
• To sleep better
• To get the glow back in your skin

Super simple recipe but super yummy. 

I loved the natural sweetness - was good idea to add raisins:-)  

I am not sure what cream (just Greek yoghurt?) they used for the picture, I had ricotta cheese and honey as frosting. Didn't look so cute when I took pictures.... (that's why I couldn't upload into here) 

.....well, tasted good anyway, that's all that matters, right? 

I'd love to try the one with Cream Cheese and Lemon too.... yum yummmmm...

実は、私今月は砂糖抜きの月なんです。

仕事場の同僚の影響で始めたｼｭｶﾞｰﾌﾘｰｾﾌﾟﾃﾝﾊﾞｰ☆

砂糖抜きって聞くと、ちょっとびびっちゃうんですけど、実はそんなに難しいことではない。そしていいことだらけ！

砂糖はとってはいけないんだけど、自然の甘みは大丈夫。例えば、天然のはちみつ（普通にｽｰﾊﾟｰに売ってるのはﾀﾞﾒらしい。濾過してない天然のやつ）とか果物とかﾄﾞﾗｲﾌﾙｰﾂとかﾒｰﾌﾟﾙｼﾛｯﾌﾟなんかで代用。ﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄもｶｶｵ80%以上だったら少量なら大丈夫って書いてあったし、一ヶ月くらい砂糖抜き全然自信あり。

でも、今週末は友達のおうちに泊まりにいくしな。。。ってな、時にもらったこのﾚｼﾋﾟ｡めちゃくちゃ簡単なのに、自然な甘みと大人のｺｺｱの香りなｶｯﾌﾟｹｰｷ｡

こっちでは野菜の定番ﾋﾞｰﾄﾙｰﾂっていう紫の野菜をつかうんだけど、これも自然な甘さがあって、野菜のくせにお菓子作りにはかかせない食材☆日本で手に入るかどうかは。。。疑問。が、もし、はいったら。。。試してください。とってもﾍﾙｼｰでおいしい！

Yes, this is the latest Marivale restaurant. 

Pretty casual but still very tasteful interior... I would also say, very Marivale. 

We ordered mussels, today's fish (similar with Snapper but forgot the name...), calamari and crispy small shrimps. 

My favorite was the mussels !!! Good value and great soup. Love it. 

The crispy shrimps were also good. That's something I want to eat with a glass of beer on my hand. 

We shared those plates between 3 girls - pretty full. 

Needed to take a rest before getting some deserts.... where is the bathroom??? 

GULLS... how cute:-)

My choice of desert was vanilla cookie ice cream with salted caramel. 

Wow..... I have to say.... this was the best dish I'd tasted that night. 

SOOOOO YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMMMMYYYY! 

You've got to try this desert! Love the salted caramel.... very simple but super tasty! 

先日、ずっと行ってみたかったﾏﾘﾍﾞｰﾙの新しいﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ"ﾌｨｯｼｭｼｮｯﾌﾟ"に行ってきました☆

名前の通り、魚系ﾒｲﾝのおしゃれなﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ｡中はﾋﾞｰﾁに来た気分になれる夏らしい雰囲気。

金曜の夜だったのもあって、めちゃくちゃ混んでました。。ﾊﾞｰで席ができるのを待ちつつ、ﾒﾆｭｰを見てみると。。けっこーｼﾝﾌﾟﾙ｡

今回は定番物をﾁｮｲｽ｡ﾑｰﾙ貝、白身魚、ｲｶに小ｴﾋﾞを頼みました。小ｴﾋﾞの揚げ物はｶｯﾊﾟｴﾋﾞｾﾝの味。ﾋﾞｰﾙが飲みたくなる。。。一番のお気に入りはやっぱりﾑｰﾙ貝かなぁ〜♪

と、思ったら。。。。なんと意外にﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄが激ｳﾏだった♡♡

頼んだのは、超定番。ﾊﾞﾆﾗｱｲｽｸﾘｰﾑｸｯｷｰｻﾝﾄﾞ塩ｷｬﾗﾒﾙｿｰｽ｡

この塩ｷｬﾗﾒﾙｿｰｽ｡｡｡やばい！めちゃくちゃおいしい！！！

不思議なことにｷｬﾗﾒﾙだけだとしょっぱいのに。。ｱｲｽｸﾘｰﾑと一緒に食べるとﾐﾗｸﾙ！

最近塩ｷｬﾗﾒﾙはやってるけど、これはだいぶとﾋｯﾄです☆

1: Neon Colour 

Who couldn't guess! 

Everybody is talking about Neon items this Spring. 

I will definitely get something in Neon!!! 

Get from T-shirts or Shoes... something easy to wear. 

But I'd love to wear like these girls.... 

2: Orange Lipstick

That is what I'd love to try in this spring. 

Not Red or Pink, yes it's Orange. 

Orange actually fits with Spring make-up very well. 

The bright color pumps up the energy in any look. 

3: Cat Eye Sunny 

I know.... I'm a bit late...

But I didn't find it cute before.... 

Then finally, finally started to see why people were so into this design!!!

日本は夏まっさかりですね〜ｼﾄﾞﾆｰはやっと温かくなってきました。

もう少しで大好きな春がやってきます☆

って、ことで、今回はこの春に絶対買いたいﾓﾉ特集。

日本ではどうなんでしょう？若い子にしか無理っぽいけど、そーゆーのあんまり関係なしできれちゃうのが海外のいい所？絶対取り入れたい☆☆

２：ｵﾚﾝｼﾞのﾘｯﾌﾟ

本来なら春はﾋﾟﾝｸとかいくところを、今年はｵﾚﾝｼﾞにﾁｬﾚﾝｼﾞ!肌色もよく見せくれるし、春のﾒｲｸにも合うし、試してみる価値はｱﾘ!

３：ｷｬｯﾄｱｲ ｻﾝｸﾞﾗｽ

今更ですが。。欲しい。

I have to introduce my fabulous friend Kim today. 

She is riding 200km and raising money for The Ride which will benefit the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA, a world-class cancer treatment and research facility providing integrated care and support services to public and private patients.

To raise a little more money, she did something special on Friday!

"BAKING 70 CUPCAKES!!!!!"

Look at those beautiful beautiful cupcakes----!!! 

She had only 4 hours sleep and made it all. Isn't she amazing???

They are not only looking cute but also very very tasty!!!!! 

Totally professional work I have to say. 

Could keep eating them whole day - in fact I had 2 cupcakes on Friday and wanted more:p 

I know you can't eat those gorgeous cupcakes.. 

but if you are inspired by Kim producing them on Thursday after work only 4 hours sleep ...

We had whole outside area this afternoon - nice crowd, was a bit chilly but yummy welcome cocktails warmed me up:p 

Rally nice bar - I LOVE IT. 

We had $40.00 pp Party Pack. Great value I have to say. 

Started with the beautiful strawberries and raspberries cocktail followed by 7-8 different plates to share. 

I was too busy to eat... forgot to take pictures...lol 

We of course had the Bondi Hardware signature mini-burgers and beautiful pizza! 

Started from 1pm endless food till 4pm then what we got for last dish was... gorgeous rich brownies<3<3

Really...$40 for those food are too cheap!!!! 

I bet this place will be over packed in summer.. so maybe this is the great time to check out:-) 

今日は元ﾌﾗｯﾄﾒｲﾄ夫妻の誕生日ﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰで、ここ最近騒がれてる、ﾎﾞﾝﾀﾞｲ ﾊｰﾄﾞｳｪｱに行ってきました♪噂通り、めちゃくちゃかわいい店内。ｶｸﾃﾙもいい感じにそろってて、ﾎﾞﾝﾀﾞｲって雰囲気ﾑﾝﾑﾝ☆☆

今回は外のｴﾘｱを全部貸し切ってのﾊﾟｰﾃｨｰ。たったの＄４０ずつで、めちゃくちゃ食べた！

ここの定番ﾐﾆﾊﾞｰｶﾞｰとﾋﾟｻﾞ、旨かったぁぁ♪

夏は絶対混むね。。。ﾎｰﾙｽﾄﾘｰﾄにこんなｻﾘｰﾋﾙｽﾞ系のﾊﾞｰﾚｽﾄﾗﾝができるとは、、、いいじゃんんん！！最近まったくﾋﾞｰﾁ来てなかったから、ちょっとした変化にびっくり☆

ここはお勧め！ﾎﾞﾝﾀﾞｲで一番のﾊﾞｰﾚｽﾄﾗﾝにのし上がりました。是非、行ってみて♪

SPRING HAS COME......yet?

Sorry I couldn't update the blog a while.. 

Why? I was in Gold Coast for work last week. I really like Gold Coast.
Fortunately I can go back there for work at least once a year. 

We always stay at the Jupiters Gold Coast. 

But this time, I had a little surprise from the hotel:-) 

A bottle of wine and a box chocolate! NICE!! 

Coming down to the pool side after work... 

Gorgeous! I love their modern pool :-) 

Shamed I didn't have time to come down during the day... 

Well, after 5 days of beautiful and warm weather in Gold Coast... back in Sydney. 

I just can't wait to be Spring! Winter is over, guys!!!! 

So decided to add some spring (well... maybe more summer?) spice in my room. 

Glasshouse Montego Bay Coconut Lime Candle ($39.95) and Diffuser ($54.95) - this is the smell of every Peter Alexander shops have:-) My favorite smell, very sweet but still fruity. 

I would burn this candles for hot sumer night .. well, I guess I can't wait to be summer:p 

So it was also the time to change my nails. 

As I told you last time, my favorite nailist from Lala Nail has left Sydney:-( Decided to go back to my old nail salon.

飛行機でたったの１時間なのに、ｼﾄﾞﾆｰよりも温かくって、なぜかﾎﾘﾃﾞｰ気分にしてくれるｺﾞｰﾙﾄﾞｺｰｽﾄ｡大好きです。。。

初めて、ｳｪﾙｶﾑﾎﾞﾄﾙとﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄが用意されてましたぁ♪♪ﾃﾝｼｮﾝ上がる☆

ってな感じで、仕事が忙しくてどこにも行けなかったんだけど、いい時間過ごせました。

そんな気分の中、戻って来たｼﾄﾞﾆｰ｡

もう、冬気分ではまったくないので、さっそく夏の香りのする大好きなｸﾞﾗｽﾊｳｽのﾓﾝﾃｺﾞﾍﾞｲのｷｬﾝﾄﾞﾙとﾃﾞｨﾌｭｻｰを購入♪の後に、昔通ってたﾈｲﾙｻﾛﾝに行ってきました！

ﾃｨｱﾙｰｼﾞｭ｡行きやすい場所だし、興味のある方はｽｸｰﾙも$3000くらいからやってるよ！

ちょっと興味あって、、、やろうか、やらないどこうか。。。迷い中：p

That kind of weekend, you wouldn't want to stay home. 

So I decided to catch up with a friend to get Mexican on Saturday in Surry Hills.

Love the colours - Blue, Yellow, Red and Green... very Mexican. 

All tacos are only $5 but they are very tiny.. although very tasty (I would simply go with Beef/Pork or Chicken. Don't go Prawn - they weren't really good) 

Still my favorite is El Hot Dog though:p 

You get pretty messy by eating them but who cares? 

SOOOO GOOOOOOOOD!!!! 

In the afternoon, I decided to make some deserts from Jamie Oliver recipe!

"Portuguese Tarts" from Jamie Oliver 30mis meals. 

Well... they weren't perfect as Jamie's (lol) but I have to say though, that was pretty good afternoon:-) 

Then Sunday, we had another beautiful beautiful day!!! 

Couldn't resist not going for a walk. 

After 1hour great walking, popped into the Blackwattle Cafe. 

Great location, great decorations, great food and great coffee. I LOVE ITTTTT!!!!!! 

Try Toasted Wrap of Chilli con Carne, Avocado, Cream Cheese & Salad ($15), they are just perfect for Sunday lunch!

土曜日はｻﾘｰﾋﾙｽﾞにある、有名なﾒｷｼｺﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ（さすがﾒﾘﾍﾞｰﾙｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟ｡ｾﾝｽがいいっす☆）ｴﾙﾛｺに行ってきました。一個＄5っていう安さのﾀｺｽもいいけど、お気に入りはﾎｯﾄﾄﾞｯｸﾞ（笑）あのﾁｰｽﾞの盛り方といいｿｰｾｰｼﾞのﾊﾟﾘﾊﾟﾘ具合とｿｰｽの微妙なﾁﾘ具合なんとも言えない！

の、後は、ﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄ｡前回書いたｼﾞｪｰﾐｰのDVDからのﾚｼﾋﾟ､ﾎﾟﾘｭﾄｷﾞｽﾀﾙﾄ作ってみました。ウーーーン。。失敗（笑）でも、こういう土曜日ってなんかいい♪

そして日曜日。またまたなんていい天気なんでしょう！！！

これは、ﾜｫｰｷﾝｸﾞ行きたくなっちゃうーーーってことで、新しいお家の周りを１時間ほど歩いて、前から狙ってたﾌﾞﾗｯｸﾜﾄﾙ ｶﾌｪに入ってみたよ。

なんてかわいい雰囲気で、なんていい景色！そんでもって、なんておいしいﾗﾝﾁにｺｰﾋｰ！！！！ここはかなりお勧め☆☆知る人知る、ﾛｰｶﾙｶﾌｪ｡天気のいい週末に行ってみて！

Jamie Oliver - Most known chef in the world, for sure. 

He is my favorite chef. 

I LOVE his cooking style. I LOVE how he plates I LOVE what he uses. 

I LOVE EVERYTHING WHAT HE DOES!!!!!! 

One of my favorite Jamie's cooking show "Jamie's 30 Minute Meals" 

Yes, I finally finally got the DVD:-) 

I watch 2 episodes a night, planning to make some deserts this weekend :-) 

Hopefully I can make it right and update on the blog (well.... let's see:p)

Being a big fan of Jamie, of course I have been to the Jamie's Italian a while ago. 

Still very popular restaurant in Sydney, I had to wait 1.5hrs to get a table though. 

BUT IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT! 

Great atmosphere, I could see "Jamie" there!!!!! I love it so much!!! 

And the foods.... Gorgeous, Delicious, just Perfect. 

And everything is very affordable too. 

Must come back restaurant:-) 

As Jamie always says "Get a nice bottle of extra virgin olive oil". 

I got 2 bottles of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of balsamic vinegar (vintage 3 years old!)

from my another favorite brand Simon Johnson. 

Go and visit the shop in Pyrmont - so pretty and you can find everything you want! 

I will make some nice salad using these extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar tomorrow! 

Can't wait:-)

わたしが行った時も（だいぶ前。。）１時半くらいまたされたょ。。(電話くれるから待ち時間に他のﾊﾞｰなんか行っちゃっても大丈夫！）
