Healthy Life - Healthy Body .... are NOT easy

So first thing I had to do when I came back from my 6weeks holiday was... DIET. Yes, after eating great meals in all over the world and partying everyday weren't really helping to keep my weight as last year.

4 kg... That's what I gained during 6 weeks. Duh....

What I did was JOINING THE BOOT CAMP after work. I was still going to a gym a couple days a week but I figured I needed something else, something harder, something more strict!!

It's been so much fun, I just finished week 7. Compared wiz my first fitness test.... Still couldn't see any difference, but well.... I feel much better? Beside my weight hasn't event changed. Ha

So I cut deep-fried food, patsta, full milk, take away Chinese and Thai, breakfast muffins and chocolates.

Still can't see the difference... Means I still need to continue boot camp, gym and without my favorite white chocolate and raspberry in the morning :(

Ps. I m going to Jamie's Italian tonight... Sneaky pasta is allowed only for tonight:p

そう、日本とヨーロッパの旅行のおかげで、今までに見たこともない体重に。。。
こっちに戻ってくるなり、ダイエット開始☆まず最初にやったのが、ブートキャンプへの参加!これが、以外に楽しい(そしてキツイ)(^-^)/公園でしごかれてます!!!7週間がたって。。。。成果がでたのかどーか。。。わからん。確かに筋肉は出来てきたけど、体重は全くともかわらない。。。

筋肉のが重いってことは知ってるけど、筋肉いくらなんでも4キロも急にできんだろ 笑
そこで、食生活の見直し。揚げ物、パスタ、大好きなチョコレートとラズベリーマフィン、ミルクも豆乳に替えてみた。。

のに、まだ変化なし。。。もーちょっと、頑張ってみます(。-_-。)

でも、、、、今晩パスタ食べちゃうんです。。えへ。。なんたって、ジェーミーのお店だから!!
