I am leaving my company in less than 3 weeks and going back to Japan for a while.
I've been with this company for more than 6.5 years. It was a tough decision but ... time to move on. I learned a lot and met so many beautiful people through my work.
実はあと３週間弱で仕事を辞めて、日本に帰国します。
いまの会社に勤めて6.5年ちょっと。とっても、とっても悩みました。。が、必要だった決断だと思ってます。この仕事に就いて、たくさん学び、すばらしい人達に出会う事ができました♪
My last event was the end of last month - Smart Conference and Expo 2013, was held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
I can write about how good my team was, how much I love my job, what the highlight of the event.... oops, ok....I won't.
But let me write about my favorite party of the event - Awards Dinner!
最後のｲﾍﾞﾝﾄは先月末、ｽﾏｰﾄｺﾝﾌｧﾚﾝｽ&ｴｸｽﾎﾟ2013、会場はｼﾄﾞﾆｰｺﾝｳﾞｪﾝｼｮﾝ&ｴｸｼﾋﾞｼｮﾝｾﾝﾀｰでした。どんだけ、私のﾁｰﾑがどんだけ頑張ったか、どんだけ今の仕事好きか、このｲﾍﾞﾝﾄのﾊｲﾗｲﾄはぁーとかいくらでも書ける（笑）けど、、、やめときます。
その代わり、一番あたしが大好きな時間『ｱﾜｰﾄﾞﾃﾞｨﾅｰ』だけは紹介させて下さい☆
Welcome drinks started from 6:30 - still very quiet... such a beautiful view!
But in 30min..... like below. Packed!!!!!
ｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸは６：３０から。まだｶﾞﾗｶﾞﾗ｡｡｡それにしても景色がﾔﾊﾞｲ!
からの３０分後。。。こんなに、人で埋まっちゃいました！！！
Total 500 people walked in, everybody seemed very relaxed.
I had to look after registration desk, meet and greet.
Once it's done.... it's party time!

We started with fantastic "Laser Man" performance!!!!
That was seriously amazing!!! I don't know how he did it.... I couldn't take my eyes off from him!

ﾌﾟﾛﾓﾋﾞﾃﾞｵを流したんですけど、このﾋﾞﾃﾞｵ、めちゃくちゃ賢く作られてる。
おもしろいし、うまく言いたい事も組み入れてて、企業ﾋﾞﾃﾞｵにしてはすごい！と、思ったので、ここでも紹介します♪

Dessert - Silky dark chocolate truffle macchiato with raspberry compote and Peach and mango syllabub
ﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄ：なめらかﾀﾞｰｸﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄﾑｰｽと桃とﾏﾝｺﾞｰのｼﾗﾊﾞﾌﾞ

Oh, wait! We can't forget our MC, Ben Price!
You might already know about him - he appears few TV shows:-)
OMG people, he is HILARIOUS and a lovely person.
He totally helped me to relax on stage ( I was doing a trophy girl lol)
またまた食べ過ぎました。。。
最後に忘れちゃいけないのが、この夜のMCのﾍﾞﾝ ﾌﾟﾗｲｽさん！
もしかしたら知ってる？ちょこちょこﾃﾚﾋﾞでてるｺﾒﾃﾞｨｱﾝ。
この人、まじでおもしろい！！！そして、とってもいい人☆
ｽﾃｰｼﾞ上の緊張ほぐしてくれましたぁー（ﾄﾛﾌｨｰｶﾞｰﾙで端っこに立ってただけw）
Ummmmm.... it's sad but I think I am ready for another challenge now!
